The Bryan Varsity Football team dropped the season opener on Friday night to South Sioux City by a score of 56-27. Offensively, the Bears were led by Jaylon Walker, who accounted for touchdowns rushing, passing, and receiving. Defensively, Tywon Terrell led the Bears with 9 tackles and an interception. Tyler Moore returned a kickoff 92 yards for a score to lead the Special Teams. Jake Aiken had a good night for the Cardinals, passing for 348 yards and 4 touchdowns. The Bears are back in action next week in a rivalry game at Omaha South on Friday.
